I agree, I'm +1, which I didn't mention, so I'm sure everyone else that said they were going, may end up with a person or two extra. I'll bring some more stuff to play it safe, drinks, chips, maybe even some extra dogs.

Not a problem bro....Im going to pick the meat up in the morning...so any guess's on how many pounds I should buy? Im thinking around 10-15lbs...better to have more than not enough...I can always take the leftovers home..

now that I think about it.....20lbs would prolly be better....dunno..lol. I never had to buy this much carne asada!

I'm thinking that 15 should be plenty. There will also be other stuff to eat, so that should cover it. I say that 1 pound should feed at least 2 people, 3 would even work. So that should be enough for 45 people, so we're good with that.
