Just got the first oil change done at 1000 miles. Tried to get them to hook up the Techstream and change some stuff but they said I would have to make an appointment. Oh well, truck is running great and I got 15.5 mpg while breaking it in.

So uh, yea, my attempt to tint my tail lights didn't go very well. I couldn't get the damn tint film to mold to my tail light. I ended up frustrated and crumpled up the film. Done and done. I'm just gonna find somewhere to tint them for me.

Ordered a CW replacement grille and a Volant CAI on Saturday. Crossing my fingers to get them in on Thursday, then install them Friday morning!

Don't know much about it but isn't there some type of spray paint or tinting paint you can buy to tint the tail lights?

Ever try the Rain-X brand window wash fluid? Works great and coats your windshield, repels water, if you use it now and then.

I just finished installing bug shield/stone deflector tonight. Had another windshield star-crack this past weekend. Its about 1/4" long. I'll try to get that thing repaired tomorrow before it gets big.

I just ordered an EGR Superguard bug deflector and a K&N CAI for the 4.7L, which I hadn't been able to find, until now.

Welcome Wally, congrats on your new Tundra. I have a loaded 07 Tundra Crewmax Ltd that I purchased in December. I splurged the last two weeks, bought husky liners front and back, Toyota - bug deflector, chrome tube runnin boards, TRD Dual exhaust, and AFE CAI. The truck goes in Monday for a Armour-Guard box-liner, and a pull-rite 5th wheel trailer attach, (if they get it in time)
