Thumbs up Can't believe this truck...

I just purchased a 2007, Limited, TRD, with all the bells and whistles (Auto LSD, VSC, Traction control, etc.), and I can't believe how well this truck handles in adverse conditions. I live in a very snowy and icy climate, and I have yet to put this truck in 4WD. It's awesome. Takes a little bit of getting used to all the computer aided devices, but I think I'm gonna like it. Thanks Toyota...

I am a little disappointed with the LSD in that it does not always lock the two axles together like the limited slip on the Chevrolet 10 bolts. I had one tire on ice and it would spin then quit send power to the the other side then directly back. I think if it was truly a limited slip i would have been able to get out of that icy condition much easier. The video on youtube.com shows what I am talking about. Other than that I love my Tundra but it is low and scrapes a lot but I guess I need to look into the leveling kit.

Steamboat Springs, sweet. I love Colorado, I was just in Broomfield a few weeks ago on a business trip. Wish I could have stayed long enough to see a game... GO BRONCOS!!!

I can't wait to get mine...I get my 07 TRD Doublecab on Tuesday. I just moved to Central Alberta, so we also get some "adverse" weather. My Mazda Protege just doesn't cut it out in the country.
