crewmax longbed conversion
Hello tundra truck shortbed owners. I am looking for a toyota 07' toyota tundra crewmax truck owner who is looking for a longbed conversion. I do them for the dodge megacab trucks now for private owners and dealers and want to start doing them for the toyota crewmax trucks. I have done one and it came out great, went to a private owner out of state. I will do it at cost to get some more out there. Let me know if there is any one interested in this offer. My shop is located in southern california L.A. area. This offer is a limited time situation, so first come first serve.

I have gotten a couple of messages about this, so I will go into more detail.
We use grade 50, A572 steel, with tinsel strength of 74,000 lb. double the stock frame strength. We lengthen it above the rear axle and extend the driveshaft using spicer equipment. We lengthen the rear brake line with a dot approved one. Lengthen the wiring harness and use only factory brakets and associated parts. We use a stock long bed from toyota painted at the factory so the colors are an exact match. We use only jigs to assemble the parts and adhere to strict welding procedures and we follow factory guidelines for this. The end product is a 100% turn key crewmax longbed truck. As of right now, we are not open to the general public, only doing these for dealers and some factory shows around the world so I can't tell you the name of my shop since we are not advertising on here. But, that being said, we do need another toyota to get done, and it will be shown all over toyotas circut via photos. The cost of doing this is 2825.00. We normally charge 4500.00 for this conversion, but due to the lack of a toyota in our fleet to get more photos, we will do one mainly for a special photo shoot. The conversion is guarenteed for life! We are DOT approved, NHTSA, NTEA members. All vehicles are Highway patorl approved as well. The other toyota we did hauls 33,000 pounds of steel on a normal basis, our trucks are tough. Again thank you for your questions. Matt |

Yes, and have done that as well. We do exactally what the factory does, and we have access to rivets just like toyota. You will never know that it did not come from the factory that way.
