Driveshaft / Slip Yoke Lubrication -- How to?

Can anyone show with pictures for us where, and how to lube our driveshafts? I am getting conflicting stories about where this clunk is coming from. I hear its from where the secondary shaft (attached to the actual rear axle) is binding on the primary shaft (basically at the carrier bearing). I also heard its off the propeller shaft on the back of the transmission.

I am just sick of dealing with Toyota for anything other than an oil change. Ready to go back to doing everything myself so I know its done right.

Pics would be great.

There are usually grease zerks, but I suggest first providing information about your model year, body style, 4x4 versus 4x2, as there are differences.
