I got hella 700s waiting for me to put hid's in them for the bumper. Tow Mirrors came the other day. need to put the hid's in the fog lights in the bumper. maybe a 20" rigid also.

damn weather lately hasn't helped!

thanks for all the replys!

the lights on the cap are 100w from haarbor freight. i got them for $17.99 a set. then put 55w hids in them. they are very bright and spot pattern. trying to get a good night shot for you guys.

Awesome build Berdine!

All I can say is wow! I knew your build would be incredible man, soooo much done, sooo much spent. It's obvious though that you are very handy as well. Nice work my friend. Was wondering, I will probably sell my 4 KC's and go with a 20" Rigid myself- it will be a pain in the ass to convert all of my KC's, easier to buy the Rigid and mount on the pre-runner bar. I might see more of my RBP grille then, lol! What price did you get on a 20" Rigid, they are steep I know! The bumper made the rig bud- hands down, one of the best rugged Tundra's out there. Joe

Nice truck. Had black tail light guards on my 04 Dakota and had a black powder coated pair just like yours on the Tundra. I have grown wary of them and they are now in a landfill somewhere.

1) I don't know what your experience was with this but I had to screw with them and twist those tabs back and fourth FOREVER to align them just right so the guards are on straight without the mounting tabs taking paint off the edge of my tail gate when I open and close it. Ended up figuring out that on my tailgate the tolerances aren't the same on both sides. Tons of clearance on the passenger side, but literally just a hair's width worth of space between the guard mounting tab and the tailgate edge on the driver's side. I was constantly checking it worried something might shift and make contact and paint would start chipping off.

2) My last hit and run, the guy was backing out next to me too close. Probably would have just scraped the bed but he also caught a piece of the tail light guard, pulling it off the truck with his car and basically ripping the tail light apart.

They looked cool, but I saw no point in trying to get the driver's side one back on at that point so I went ahead and junked the both of them.

Eharri3 - I had the tail light guards on my old lifted Tahoe. They got beat to hell, but never damaged my led tails. That's why I got them for the tundra, not have to worry about getting my tail lights busted.

Thanks Josh I'm looking forward to installing your bumpers and stepbars. Can't wait to start a build thread too. Half the build threads are gonna end up with your bumpers with the interest and orders that seem to be there.
