Angry my toytec lift did not do 3", i need help, and its not level

i installed the kit myself, first time i tried the toytec ( one spacer in strut, one spacer outside strut), the others were just outside
anyway, are the struts different, i think i may have crossed them when re-installing ( would that make my truck sit unlevel), i am gonna probably swap them this eve, but back to my origional question, it was no t 3 inches, i dont even need the blocks for the rear because it is level ( and all my part numbers matched the 3 inch kit)
they are not oopen till tuesday and this is buggin the crap outta me

i am new to the forum and i have done a couple of these lifts, and some people have approached me about lifting their trucks, so i just wanna hash this out before i use toytec again,
i am located in Phoenix
thanx for the feedback
Ed

Did you do a premeasuring prior to the install. Is the ground even that you measuring on. My ready lift gave just little over 3" and 1.5" in the rear.

i got 'em swapped and its pretty even now, apparently the shock part of the strut is the same on both sides but the springs that go on them have different part numbers so i guess "one SIDE does not fit all"
thanx for the emails and the links, i remeasured and now it seems that the front is about where it should be, but the back is still a bit higher, so i wonder why , when i had to use the blocks on the last tundra i lifted
