Tundra under the knife

Ok not really, but I did have the Truxxx 3" leveling kit put on this morning. The front is not a true 3" higher...its more like 2.5 and oddly enough, the back is more then 1" higher . I measured twice both times, so I believe my numbers are correct. Anyways, it definetly looks better almost all leveled up! So I wont complain much
Specs before:
Drivers Front - 36 1/8
Passenger Front - 36 3/8
Drivers Rear - 39 1/2
Passenger Rear - 39 1/2

Specs after:
Drivers Front - 38 5/8
Passenger Front - 38 7/8
Drivers Rear - 40 3/4
Passenger Rear - 40 3/4

Wheels and Tires weren't delivered yet, suppose to be here tomorrow. Went with the 20x9 Incubus Poltregiest wheels and 305 Nitto Terra Grapplers. I am going out on a limb with the Nitto since I prefer the look of the BFG ATs, but the $$ saved can go towards other mods

Pics will be up as soon as the wheels/tires are on.

Ken

I am a lil anal about my toys, obviously I had a local shop here in Omaha called Ultimate Truck put it on. Its the only "real" off road place/center we have unfortunetly...can only hope for a 4wheelparts or similar someday They did the 4" Superlift, 3" body, and 35s I had on my Ranger as well....they do some great work and always take care of me.

I decided to go with the 305s for the time being, only because I cant afford the 6" lift/labor right now. Plus, I dont want the headache of the inner fender and skid plate issues. Just finished college this semester and I plan to move this summer. Crossing my fingers for the job in Orlando! Anyways, for those who need pics, here is how she sat yesterday:

I wish i was as lucky as you! My Revtek kit claims 2.5" leveling... I got about an 1 1/4"
of lift in the front. I couldn't even put the one inch block in the back.

Dissapointed in Revtek "leveling" kit!!!

Welcome to Omaha! Two things are for certain in Omaha 1) Best show on Dirt every year- College World Series and 2) You cant go hungry (especially with the best steak in the nation) with the overwhelming amount of food joints on every corner.

A level kit puts the front end nearly the same height as the rear, so you dont get that 60/70s muscle car look. Take a look at the picture I posted above, the front wheel wells are much closer to the tire then the rear wheel wells are.

Wheels came in very late this afternoon and the truck is going in first thing in the morning for the install. Pics should be up mid afternoon.

You really need to do the math and get true height from the dealer of kit. I did numerous measurements and called tech support of Pro Comp to ensure numbers to be sure with my 6" lift too. I left out the add a leaf with my lift and it came out exactly how i hoped (pre runner) style and also helped with softer ride leaving out the still leaf for sure. Truck looks good in pics, congrats.
