? has had to modify the skid plate

I just had the Toytec 3" front 1" rear lift installed , now I have rubbing issues!
My tires came with the truck 285/55/20 and did;nt rub before the lift . The rub occurs at full turn lock and sound and feels terrible .
Is it something I can adjust with bending , or cutting ?
I am all ears to you that have had to deal with this issue .

Thank you , Bill .

Same tires and now they rub? I have herd of people trimming the shid plate. I would turn full lock then get out and see what is rubbing.

Now they rub after the lift , I'm thinking because the kit came with skid plate spacers too .
I can see where it rubs , but thought if I could just whack it once on each side I would .
I was hoping there is a more profesional way , so if anyone has had to trim it please chime in on this .

I had issues with rim backset / offset with my lift, maybe that is part of it ? Mine is 6", but i coulnt even run stock rims after lift due to it. If you don't want to change rims, cutting or changing wheel well panels might be it.
