The 35's will be a squees bro! Although the XTerrains do run smaller than other 35"s. The true OD is 34 3/4" on the 35" ProComp XTerrains. I had the same exact ones on my 2000 Tundra with an 11" lift and they fit pretty good. Let us know how they end up fitting will ya. Good info either way.

So this thing will just lift the front end 4" right? Nothing to the back?

The rear is also lifted with leaf spring shackles. Go to the link again and scroll down to the pic of the parts and you will see two pieces that look kinda like an "H". Those attach to the end of the leaf spring and then mount to the frame of the truck. That's actually better than a lifting block.

Well we've talked about this before on another post and since then I've done some research and found that there is more bad things to say about blocks than shackles. Blocks apply a lot of force to the leafs and will cause spring wrap and or sagging. Shackles are a little like a body lift in the rear and will do less damage if any.

You might lose some flex with that shackle, because it will be shorter.

I believe you're right, that is if the leaf eye needs to stretch beyond the stock position to meet the shackle.
