Pro Comp 6" lift people , please reply .

I have heard and seen some pics of the Knuckles in the front rusting due to being cast iron on the fj cruiser kits .
Are yours showing signs of rust ? I'm thinking of possibly getting this lift .

I have a bit of rust on top of the knuckles, not as bad in the pictures from the link above. Just need to clean them up a bit.
I must say I have experianced great customer service with Pro-Comp.
Just so happens that with the 6" lift on the SR5....not the TRD that you will need a shim kit to level out the back of the truck. The shims do not come with the kit so you will need to ask for them. They shipped the shims to me free of all charges which I thought was very cool. I had the dealership that installed the lift kit put them in, again at no charge.

All vehicles have cast parts and cast will rust. Just give em a shot of WD40 or any rust inhibitor every now and then.
