'07-'08 Tundra Winch Mounts

Don't know if anyone is aware of these, but I ran across some Tundra winch mounts while doing a search. They are expensive.

Nice finds..

Warn makes one too called the Trans4mer or something like that. I would imagine it'd be a little bit cheaper?

Nice. I personally don't like them unless they have a winch attached to them. I see a lot of them where I'm at school and see a lot of different grille guards as well. By far my favorite is Ranch Hand. The Trans4mer looks a bit "thin" if you know what I mean. However, they're both purpose built for different things I guess. One to ram things and the other to hold a winch and transform

Are they pretty tough? Do you ram a lot of things w/ 'em? I'm kinda curious because I don't know a lot about them, other than the fact they're bolted together instead of welded. The RH is 12 gauge steel and fully welded and I have no idea what gauge the Trans4mer is.

Do you have the chrome/ss one on the Super Duties or do you have the black one?

I don't drive them much and not much ramming going on. If you want to hit something get an ARB.

Bull bars bumpers and tire carriers by ARB

Yeah, the ARBs are pretty awesome bumpers! For that much cash I'd probably still stick with a Ranch Hand full bumper replacement since I don't need the off-road tech of the ARB

For what its worth, a few months ago a offroad industry magazine they said ARB was the only aftermarket company that has their bumpers tested for use with airbags.
