2.5" leveling kit for 07

Just a quick question for you folks out there. I have put on a 2.5" leveling kit on my 07 tundra and am wondering how big can I go on the tires? I really like the cooper discover stt's but the problem is they do not make a 33" tire for the 18" rim. They do however make the 35" tire for the 18" rim. Can I put a 35" tire on the 18" rim and not have a problem with rubbing? Also has anyone had any experience with the super swamper radial trxus?

A 33" is really the biggest you want to go with a 2.5" leveling kit installed.
