Toyota Tundra Named Truck Of The Year By Farm Industry News

LOUISVILLE, KY. – Farm Industry News, one of the leading agriculture trade publications in the United States, has selected the Toyota Tundra as its truck of the year.

Toyota was cited at the magazine's FinOvation awards reception held during the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville in February. The readers of Farm Industry News chose the Tundra as the most innovative product in the trucks category. On hand to accept the award for Toyota was Scott Neiheisel, regional marketing manager for Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. – Cincinnati region.

The FinOvation awards are presented annually to products drawing the greatest number of reader responses to product information published in the magazine throughout the year. The FinOvation winners represent the most innovative products that came to market last year. The winners will be featured in an upcoming issue of Farm Industry News.

The all-new Tundra, introduced in 2007, sets a new benchmark in the full-size pickup truck segment for performance, capability and standard safety features. The 2008 Tundra full-size pickup lineup offers a choice of 44 model variations in three cab styles as well as three wheelbases, three bed lengths, three engines and a trio of trim levels.

I'm glad that picture was used. I wondered what my truck would look like with the chrome handles!

This is great a website designed for all the guys who love Ford's but can't afford them. I spend more time signing up for this than its worth. Hey guys there this thing called girls. They are pretty cool and fun, you should meet them some time. Tundra's are nice toying but if your looking for a real truck find one thats been doing this for a while with a proven record. Maybe one that makes a commercial truck. Just a idea, also dont forget about thinking about talking to a girl. Thay dont have cooties, Buy a real truck and get a life. Oh yhea in 2007 the drive shaft where falling out of them its a national recall check it out, how about the cam shafts. Thats a great truck, keep up the great work. So your a farmer that dont like girls, hey I dont judge.

Getreal, so you sign up for a Tundra website to bash the Tundra? If you want to compare Ford recalls to Tundra recalls there is allot more for the Ford. At least the Tundra’s don’t catch on fire and burn the house down? Which one is the better now? I am not judging either.

Get real your seven post are the same B/S. When your done with your crying and want to meet a "Woman" I'll help you. You see girls love the Ford but a "Woman" wants the "TOY". So you play with your little girls and I'll have fun with the "Ladies". So when your stuck/broke down don't forget you have the strongest "TOW HOOKS".

hey still hiding behind the anominity of the net but have worked, married and repoduced as you all. worked in the "patch" for 15 plus years. in the end the ford was to expensive to repair, the chevs broke with regularity beyond compare (service was horedous at all times) and could not go near dodge.
Had to dump last GM less than two years old due to irreconsilable differences. Took the financial loss to save the soul as it were.
Interneted and consumer reported on the TOYOTA and ordered up an 08, so far its been like having a new girlfriend - allways disovering. Had two small issues so far and was surprised to have fast and responsible resolution with the dealer actually addmit to a problem instead of belaying the repair.
Will send pictures one day, lost last card due to -40 celcius temps, yes i live in northern canada were its allways a test of "metle". hoohoo lunchbox
