Junior Member vs. Senior Member

I have a simple question.

The site identifies some as senior members and other as junior members. What defines a senior member vs. a junior member? Is it the number of posts or is it something else?

A mod is a moderator, who takes care to make the forums stay neat and tidy and that members adhear to the rules of the board...I'm a moderator over at TN and its a busy job (well not lately).

ya it is a busy job, Mostly with spam advertisement, it is the worst. I wonder if it actually sells stuff?
