I reckon most of the people who voted are Christian.
How do they reconcile wanting more taxes on the rich
with the Tenth Commandment?
Barack Hussein Obama, in 2008, said;
"We are no longer a Christian Nation."
Maybe..........

I think many people now days are not practicing Christians so they don't really see religion in it. It's sad to think that so many lose faith or just don't practice. And I don't mean going to church, just believing and praying and experiencing the good from it. I can tell you I did not vote for obama, but I do agree that we are not a Christian nation anymore. The whole pledge having Gid in it proved that. I feel the nation is starting to buckle at the knees and things are about to fall hard.

I think it's already happening...isn't Texas talking about seceding from the Union? I might move there....
Edit- Nevermind...Florida is also requesting to peacefully withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

The entire confederacy is wanting to secede along with I think 6 other states. It would be pretty cool to see it happen, but I doubt it will. And if it did, the union would be hit hard and I believe enemy nations would see it as a time to attack.

Well choice was a Obama or a mormon. I don't think the country was ready for a mormon. Shatto, it may seem like we are no longer a Christian nation, but as Christians, we are use to a losing battle on paper. Our faith is something no man on this earth can take from us. Keep the faith and God Bless. How we respond to the adversities in this world shows the the depths of our faith and our resolve to persevere.

I firmly believe God is in control and everything happens for a reason. It hurts my heart to see our country continue down a destructive path but ultimately the person in the white house doesn't control my life. They may be able to alter it slightly but it's not going to matter in the big picture.
Sometimes I have to remind myself of that, It's easy for me to forget. I get very passionate when it comes to politics. But it's always God and Country...in that order.
