Incentives for September?

Has anybody heard of the incentives for September? I'm wondering if I should wait for the Sept incentives or take advantage of the on going specials now.

You might wanna investigate where truck sales are right now, they might be climbing since gas prices are going down. Sept incentives may be dropping as well. Pull the trigger, quick!

Or, if Gustav shuts everything down, gas prices will shoot back up, and incentives should as well. Kinda like taking a hit on 12 when the dealer is showing a 5. Take it now, or whats behind curtain #3.
