Made a MISTAKE it was 30 OTD 26,995 before taxes!Sticker says 35,652 after everything Dealer offered me 30 OTD think I can go lower?

That's a steal for an XSP package. If they go lower I'll be mighty jealous. Most dealerships can't sell trucks right now and will most likely go above and beyond to get them off of their lot.
