Help on Crewmax price

I need some help. Can anyone tell me if this is a good price for this truck? The dealer says that the invoice is 39,912.00. He wants $800 over invoice. Here is his breakdown:

For reference, I am picking my brand new Tundra up on Friday.

Purchase after rebate = 37,800

This is the price for a dealer swap and the dealer is adding 2 things extra that I wanted on the truck and a little labore is built in for those 2 items.

Thats is before TTL, so not final OTD price. I do not take that into account b/c that depends on where you live, not on how good the deal is.

I did not look at how yours was built...really.

But mine does not have dvd , but it has :

fender flares, window tent, wheel locks, 20" wheels, running boards, XM, wood grain, shield package, ....not sure what other difference without looking at both together.

Invoice price will be different depending on the options, and I think it will also depend on what region you are in.

If you are happy with the price, that is ALL that matters!!!!!
