2008 LMT Tundra good deal??

Lookin to buy an '08 Tundra Limitied. Found the exact one I want. Dealer is asking $39,367 for truck with an MSRP of $42,588. Thats $3,221 off MSRP before reabtes or incentives. I live in CT and its always hard to find a dealer with a good price. I'm going to take the 0% promotion. any thoughts on the deal!!?!?

My sticker price was similiar, but in the end, I paid around 35,xxx for mine, granted I didn't have a trade in. Shop around, with gas prices approaching $4a gallon, they aren't going to be selling many of these.

You have probably already decided to get the truck or not to get the truck. The problem with saying it is a Limited for $XX is that there are so many configurations it is hard to know if it is a good deal or not. I had the same problem with my SR5. You just have to find the truck with the options you are willing to settle for and get the best deal that you can.

Good luck

Was that 35,000 including the 3,000 rebate? If so, you're paying a very similar price. Sounds like he's forgoing the 3,000 rebate to get the 60 month 0% financing.

Using my state sales tax I went to Edmunds and used their special apr vs. rebate calculator. In this case, it looks like a no-brainer to take the special financing at 39,000 instead of the rebate. You'll be saving 66 dollars a month!
