Hello all... I have been looking and test driving 07's Tundras since June. Love the darn truck but did not wanted to pay high 30's for it. So here is my story...

Went thru the Internet Sales and Costco car buying program and got the dealer down to $34,500 w/ the 0% for a Limited, 5.7 loaded with everything except Nav sistem. From $38,800 invoice to that price. Sweet... But did not buy it...

Then a trade in appeared, it was purchased in mid Sept. with 8k miles... A Limited loaded except Nav. Dual TRD exhaust, 20" alloys, tan leather, new condition... For some reason it got listed for $26,999 and I stole it. Brand freaking new and no signs of any off-road driving, desert abused, etc... It had a dealer price of $32,999, but on-line it was $26,999. I could not be any happier with the darn Tundra. Love this truck!

My 2008 DC SR5 5.7L was ordered (entered into computer) on October 29th 2007, but two weeks later I am still waiting on an order confirmation. Hoping for delivery by end of December. Salesman hopes to have it by the end of November but not unless the factory agrees to build it. He says it is a problem with the 2007 to 2008 transition.

My deal is $300 over invoice and I keep any rebates or special offers at time of delivery. I do not have good onfo on 2008 options yet but I should get at least $3K off of the MSRP.

Thanks. Mike Moody

Just bought a brand new 07 Tundra SR5 DC 5.7, TRD, Nav/DVD system, no leather for 29,400. Listed at 37,000 on the window. It seemed like a good deal for me...what do you all think?

I live in the Houston area. Got a 5.7L crewmax for about $200 over MSRP before rebate of $3k. Sounds typical. Would have been nice to wait one more month to get the other $1k, but I waited long enough.

Toyota's offering either 3500 in rebates or 0% for 60 months on all remaining 07 tundras. Problem is, there aren't too many left. I checked my local dealer and they only have DC's. I want a Black Crewmax, 5.7L.

I got mine on Tuesday Nov. 13th. Its an '07 Double Cab, TRD, with leather, bluetooth, JBL 6 disc system, wood trim, backup camera, bedliner, and the bed extender bar. The sticker was $37,995 invoice was $34,825. I got it at invoice minus the $4000 cash back. Financed through my credit union. I'm happy....with the exception of the shuddering on the torque converter between 3rd and 4th gear. My new converter is on order. THis is the first problem I have ever had with a Toyota... and this is my 4th Toyota truck!

I got $2,500 discounted off the top, $4,000 in rebates, and $6,350 for a chevrolet that wasn't worth $4000...Then, I played with em a little bit, like I wasn't going to buy that day and they gave me an extra $500. Of course, I took the 1.9 at 60. This was on a 2007 Crew Max 5.7 4X4 TSS.

I looked all over the metroplex here in DFW...dealers weren't willing to come down. So I found a small town dealership out in the middle of North Texas with no overhead. They didn't work on commission out there. I was in the dealership for an hour and a half - test drive, negotiations, and all paperwork.

Do you mean you got $4,000 rebate and the 1.9% for 60?

Sorry, I meant to say that I COULD have taken the 1.9% for 60 months (or was that on 72?...I don't know) OR the $4,000 in rebates. I put $15,000 down so I took the $4,000 in rebates and it really didn't matter in my case. Although, my interest rate isn't bad at all...6%.
