No comraudery amongst Tundra Owners or what?

So I am a second time Tundra owner. Had an 07 and now a 2015 PRO. Being an automotive enthusiast I can't figure out why there seems to be no comraudery on behalf of Tundra's you pass on the highway. With my STI I was surprised to not get a headlight flash or thumbs up every time you passed one on the highway. I have tried flashing, giving thumbs up, you name it and the most I get is this blank stare. Even get this from other PRO owners too. Is it just me or does everyone else notice this?

To many it is just a vehicle or a tool that is driven and used. STI's and motorcycles have more love and passion involved. Yes many due have a passion for Tundra's but is a minority not the majority.

mutual trust and friendship among people who spend a lot of time together:

"a genuine camaraderie on the hockey team"

synonyms: friendship · comradeship · fellowship · companionship · fraternity · conviviality · mutual support · team spirit · esprit de corps · bromance

And being a Pro owner doesn't necessarily do much for camaraderie since most of them have a higher DB level anyway.

Up here in the PNW , I see a lot of Tundrarians eye-bang each other’s trucks in passing or while at stop lights. Its only weird if you make eye contact with the other driver…

I don't see as many tundras around as I see Fords Chevys and Dodges. But I do notice that we look at each other's trucks and I will attempt to throw up peace sign or a thumbs up and I get zero in return. I've even noticed a guy and his girl totally checking my truck out because we have the same thing except his was crew Max. I gave them a nod and they just look away you promptly. ****ing weirdos. I'm sure he was checking out the few subtle changes I made to the truck like the sway bar and TRD Center caps and a few other things. But damn do they have to act like I'm freaking Richard Ramirez. I had a trailblazer SS before and we always would say what's up to others on the road. I know it's a different animal but still. I'm not asking for a BJ. I just figure another tundra owner has the same mindset as I do getting away from the big three and wanting something reliable. Oh well. A lot of times I see trucks around and I swear I've seen it on one of my tundra sites.
