I'd love something like that, but I don't plan on cooking THAT much food and I don't plan on paying $55K for a smoker.

dont mean to get off topic but any of you guys have a bbq that you can attach to your hitch? ive been looking at some different ones but they r pricey.

I use a CookShack electric smoker. I just put one chunk of wood in the bottom, set it on 225 and walk away. That one piece of wood will last about 8-10 hours. Still working on the mop/marinade/rub combo though.

My uncle wants to give me his old electric smoker. I've never really been a fan of the electric ones. I might try it and then sell it if I don't like it and give him the money.
