Any fishermen here ???

I like to fish a little ;-) Okay, well about 140 ten hour days a year :-)

Here's a few of my trophy catches;

7.60 lb Smallmouth

8.50 lb Smallmouth

15.60 lb Largemouth

17.10 lb Largemouth

25.2 lb California Halibut (not to be confused with Alaskan Halibut that get WAY bigger... I think these taste even better though ;-) One of the few fish I actually keep and eat.

31.2 lb Striper (looks bigger though, huh ? :-)

Caught this 72" Sturgy, aprox 90 lbs, on a micro-light Crappie pole :-) Fighting time; 2hrs 10 min.

This Sturgy was 'only' 72 inches in length, but had a 35" girth ! Chart weight, 155 lbs.

Okay, I'm done showing off :-)

Peace,
Fish

PS, Given all the great fishing opprtunities I get, and all the time and effort I put in, "ANYBODY" would catch fish like these. I've just been really blessed like that :-)

awesome fish! Mainly fish for trout here in AZ. Was fishing in March down in baja mexico. Caught some sand bass. My father in-law lives in Alaska. Go fishing up there every chance I get. Salmon, Halibut, Rock fish, Ling cod. All good stuff.

Born and raised in Minnesota of where fishing on the weekends is pretty much mandatory. Most mothers would get a Mother's Day present of fishing since the opener would usually fall on that day!

Cool!! Fishing in Montana is also pretty much mandatory. Goin paddle fish snagging in May. My brother-in-law snagged a 120lb paddle fish last year. I live only 60 miles from where the Missouri river starts so trout fishing is the big thing around here but the Wallye are really popular as well around the 3 large dams close by. I go after Northern Pike in the winter by ice fishing. My favorite is creek fishing for brooke trout. I did some deep sea fishing last year in Mexico and really liked that. We filled the boat one day with red snapper, grouper, bonita and yellow tails. Then the next day we went after sail fish and I caught one that was about 8' and weighed 130lbs. Took 35 minutes to get him in the boat. I only have video of that fish but I will try to make a snapshot and post it as a pic.
