So, I was in the market for an espresso machine. Like any regular ol joe, i go online and do some research, read some reviews and decide on a machine that i feel would serve my needs and be affordable.
Well, the machine i liked cost close to $400, so i decided to check out ebay for a used one, and sure enough i find one for a great deal, $127+shipping.
Ok, thats when it gets frustrating, 4 days after the sale, the "bastard" decides to ship it out... ok, two weeks later, today it arrives & i'm excited, we can have some coffee.... or so i think..
here is the link to the ebay page Breville Professional Home Barista 800ESXL 11 Cups Espresso Machine 021614037343 | eBay
looks pretty good and it says gently used, professionally cleaned.. which sounds like what i want to hear...
when i open the package, the thing is a f*KN mess.. it looked liked it was pulled outta a dumpster.. disgusting how filthy it was.. but thats not a BFD.... it could be washed.. whats really a BFD is that its broken to pieces, the water tank is cracked with a hole, the back panel is hanging off the unit... it was just a mess...
contact the seller, and he states that he had it professionally cleaned and it was in pristine condition...
just my luck.. FML... i always end up getting fkd somehow when i buy something.. its always broken or something isnt right... my wife already laughs at me when i buy something cuz she knows that something is wrong with it..
anyways, i'm just ranting & raving & drinking some wine, lol...
Oh, yeah, also today I receive my "One touch flasher module" in the mail..
its supposed to just swap out with the stock flasher module.. simple enough.. i check on line, the #'s match up.. emailed tech support, they say yes.. so i plop down $50 and have it shipped...
get it today, spend a shit load of time trying to get the stock module out.. once that happens, after a butt load of frustration, i've got big hands.. & that bitch was in there tight.. lol...
sure enough, it completely doesnt fit.. all together a different connector...
once again.. FML!!!!!!!!!
back this goes.. gotta pay return shipping so i'll be out some $$ again..
FK ME!

I bought a head unit with a Sirius module and some other sh!t from a dude on ebay a couple years ago. When he shipped it, he just threw everything in a flat rate box with no packing material. It sounded like a box of rocks when you shook it and the face plate looked like a dog had chewed on it. He was a pain in the d!ck to deal with, but I finally got a refund.

yes paypal..
i've already opened up a case against him and escalated it to the next level.. hopefully ebay takes care of me... otherwise i'm going to have to send OkSlim on this basterd! LOL...
It's just frustrating and seems like its always my situation..
Even my GoPro that i just got, brand spanking new.. won't work right.. lol... thats all i can do now is just laugh at it...
maybe this happens to everyone & i'm just like everyone else.. but it always seems like 75% of anything i buy, is defective & i have to fight with the seller to get it straight.. & i always end up losing $$

First, always pay through Paypal. Second, always use a credit card to pay through Paypal.
File a dispute through Ebay/Paypal first. Paypal is owned by Ebay and can try to get your money back. If they do not get your money back, then file a dispute through your credit card. Your credit card company is the best way to get the money back. they will want something in writing and maybe pictures. But Paypal will jump to get your money back once your credit card company contacts them.
Do not mention his name here. He spits on us and talks crap and you're directing people to him from our site? I don't think so. I know you're neutral and that's fine, but please do not mention him here.

I believe eBay bought PayPal.
Keep trying to update the firmware on the GoPro.
I've read about problems with this. Check GoPro Forums.
Lots of info there.
