Looks like a lot of the crap we have in SoCal. It's amazing the garbage people will put on their cars. Perfect example is how almost every dented,multi colored, POS will have a aluminum race wing lol!

I saw a Tundra with a wing a lot like the factory one on the dodge super bee or whatever it is. I couldn't get my phone in camera mode fast enough to get a picture. First time I have seen one on a Tundra.

At my old college there used to be this early 80s Civic, a total rust bucket that someone spray-painted flames on the front. To this day I regret not taking and keeping a picture of that car.

Having had a Camry of that generation, I can tell you he had better not try to tow anything with it. The rear suspension would bottom out faster than a Thai tranny... And yes it's FWD. That said, they are fun cars to zip around in. I managed to get 25K miles out of 65K rated tires with one, and trust me, that's NOT doing burnouts. (4 banger with an auto)
You must work in or near Dover. That camry would be popular there.
