From Ford to Toyota

Hi guys. I've been a Ford guy all my life but just traded my 2001 F-150 for a 2007 Tundra DC with 13000 miles on it. It is an SR5 and has everything I wanted but step bars (those are coming tomorrow) - bench seat, sliding rear window, trailer hitch, bedliner. I wnet Toyota for two reasons - I love the new body style of the double cabs and my Ford rusted out like crazy.

Welcome from New York. I made the switch from Ford to Toyota back in 2003 and have never been happier.

Already there. I've already ordered and installed the Homelink mirror with compass, my step bars are coming today (the wife and kids have trouble climbing into the truck), and my backup camera and monitor should be here by the end of the week. About the only other thing I want to do right away is a new grille but I haven't decided which one.

Welcome from So Cal. Enjoy, your truck sounds similar to mine. Mines an '07 and I bought it with just a few miles on it as well.

Recently I rode in my Dad's '04 F-150, I prefer my Tundra for sure, good choice.

Anyway, there's a ton of great information on TT.com!
