Gettin my tundra!

ok someone seriously shoot me! the dealership that i was gonna get my tundra from has to get the tundra from somewhere else......so i try to close the deal today.....and they tell me that the other place they were getting it from wont give it up. WTF? they didn't check that before they offered it to me???

OK! FIRST GOOD NEWS OF THE WEEK! A different dealer has a 2008 Toyota Tundra Crewmax in silver with the black interior! It has tow mirrors and nicer rims then what the black one at the other dealership had! Finally!


it shoudl look just like this cept the rims will be a bit diff!

I think it is but i am not totally sure. I haven't even seen the truck in person.

ok i just checked. it doesn't have TRD Package but it does have TRD Rims

To play Devil's advocate...Did you see that truck first on the lot??? Was the salesman at his computer when you asked??? What he did was a search for what you wanted...Found one and from there the ball was in your court... sort to say.... When and if you decided to buy that truck then they would've bought that truck from the other dealer to bring it in for you. Until then No dealer will go out there and buy the truck until you do your paperwork there and you either qualify for the loan or buy it right out. If you decide to back out of the deal the dealer will be stuck with another truck to sell on top of what they got.. Now for the other dealer they may have someone on the lot wanting to buy that one....So that could be the reason why... They have to wait till the close in order to get the truck for you if it isn't on the lot....
