Welcome fellow CM. Enjoy your ride.... Very smart choice. Post some pics. I use Castrol synthetic from day one. I bought it on July 07 and I have 28,500 miles on her. Haven't had no issues what so ever as far as the oil is concerned. I did have it in the shop at 15,000 miles to replace the pass mirror that wouldn't auto close and at 25,000 miles replaced the center console cover wouldn't stay close. great thing about that they replace it and had it ready to go before the paperwork was done. 10 minutes. For both issues no questions asked.

No problems here, mobil one synthetic every 3000 miles. That's the key to a long life on the motor! Welcome and enjoy the forum. Don't mind the play fighting we just get bored sometimes.
