Finally!! A Toyota!!
How's it goin out there Tundra guys!! I recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Tundra Crew Max SR5! I am very happy and satisfied with the new truck! What a BEAST! I did not realize how big the new Tundra was until I purchased it and drove it off of the lot. It shrinks the competition! I love pulling up to the poor little domestics and making them tuck their tiny tails inbetween their legs! And how bout that ENGINE! Oh boy! Domestics better watch out! The new Tundra will definately be taking over! I've been averageing 20 mpg highway and 15 mpg in city! With all that power, hard to compete with! I love all of that room in the Crew Max! I am 6'1 and my buddy is 6'4 and he had plenty of room sitting behind me. It's crazy! I could talk all day about my truck. I am sorry I am bragging so much, but I am just very impressed and happy with the Toyota Tundra. Nice to meet you guys and I am very happy to be apart of this site and Toyota.

Congrats on your new truck. I've had my 08 Tundra DC 4x4 since Jan. 19th and its been great. 16mpg city/23mpg highway. It hauls and tows better than my old 88 3/4 ton ford. A lot better gas mileage also. I now have 5308 miles on my Tundra and I haven't had a single problem. Oh, wait only 1 problem that I can't get rid of is people don't stop staring at my truck, and there's like a dozen of them in town at least, but I think the camper shell sets mine apart from the others maybe, or its the salsa red I don't know but anyhow they're great trucks and very reliable so far.
I just picked up a 1989 Nissan 4x4 pickup for running around in the hills with and its got 275,538 miles on it right now and it runs perfectly. Yeah I can't take the Tundra to the hills and scratch and dent it yet. |
