Proud New Owner 2008
Well, not me, the wife got the new truck.
We picked her up last week a 2008 Tundra CM 4x4 Limited (WHITE)! We traded in her Sequoia for this. She always wanted a P/U. ( I have a 2003 Silverdao SS with 17k ( Black &400 h.p)) She was always wanting to take mine. Now I wann take hers. Beautiful truck she has. I was a senior member at the SS site but havent been on in a year or more. I hope to get active on this site soon. I will post some picks soon of both of our trucks. SS should come out of hibernation in the next few weeks. She never seen snow yet in 5 years !! Talk soon George |

Welcome to the forum.
It would be interesting to see how the Tundra performs against your SS. Maybe you can let us know when you can line them up

Tundra vs SS ???
I see the Tundra came with 381 HP
My SS came with 365 (6 ltr) and after adding a cold air intake and having the PCM changed/tweeked, and magnaflow duals put on...it should be at 400...ish. The best thing is its AWD ! BOY does it launch off the lineThe pisser is I cant find a AWD Dyno !! ![]() |

Oh almost forgot...on the way home from work I picked up the Rubber tundra mats ($99) and then the next stop was I ordered a leer fiberglass tonneau ($940) and then the Fire & Ice light bar for the rear ($70). I think thats all I will need. For now...LOL
