FNG Fast New Guy

Hey everyone, New old guy from Texas. We just bought a 2013 TSS and we are looking forward to learning from the board and members here. I've already picked up a lot. We are a motorsports centered family and have lots of toys. Among the current list of toys
Blown '73 Camaro
1939 Buick RatRod
Lifted '08 Ridgeline
HER 200hp Nitrous Hayabusa
'86 GSXR-750 Limited
'87 GSXR-11/7 track bike
HER '07 GSXR-750
RC51
RZ350 track bike
And a few more, those are just the high points. We are both Racers and fortunate enough to have careers that support our hobbies.
I suspect after some research and advice the new Tundra will get a lift and tire maybe exhaust and who knows what else! I can seldom leave stuff stock for long.
I'm looking forward to meeting some new friends and learning a bunch THANKS in advance.

Welcome aboard! Have you considered a TRD Supercharger? That's still "stock" if installed by the dealer right?-lol

^^^ This!

I love your tagline about your wife being faster than we think we are. Nice! Reminds me of a track event a few years back where a young Elena Myers was in attendance. At the morning meeting, the track officials made a point of stressing that we all needed to leave our egos off the track. Most of us were going to get passed by a little girl on a little pink bike, and if we tried to keep up with her, most of us were going to end up in the dirt. She was fun to watch!

I was a relatively slow guy, but got to have fun play acting at being a racer and rubbing elbows with a ton of AFM guys, back in the day. I'd love to hear some of your racing stories...

OK lets see some pics of the NON-Tundra toys:

here is a GSXR that you most likely have never seen and may never see
1986 GSXR750 Limited

undergoing restoration

this is one of less than 300 factory racebikes still survivng

me and Dad chillin with the Buick. This is the last car he will ever build as his health has gotten too bad to work on it and he passed it on to me, we still take it out together on nice days and sometimes he drives. 4 bolt steel crank 350 Chevy turbo 350 trans "75 Nova front clip it a driver and pretty cool.

so,,, NOT what you really want to see in the rearview mirror if you know what I mean!

Welcome. I want to see the RZ! I've been milling over the idea of building a modern day RZ. RZ 350 engine...modern frame (thinking ducati trellis w/sss). Of course it'd have to have the some massaging.

MORE POWER! right?

and not her fastest pass! 250 rwhp and 201.6MPH in one mile made her the fastest Woman in Texas on a street legal bike for almost 3 years!

the RZ straight off the track after we bought it

hang on just a minute , , ,,, is that a SPARE titled frame? with an FZR 600 swingarm? and Inverted forks? and 17" wheels???
