Just a question about the TRD PRO that you put a Pro Comp 6" lift on. Did you have to cut or remove anything to make those wheels and tires fit with no rubbing? I just bought the same lift and wheels and wanted to know what I'm in for. Thanks

What offset were those Fuel Wheels on the TRD PRO ? It has a nice aggressive stance with them!

Not a must but I think it tracks better. With the lift you end up with a degree or less of caster and it can be darty when driving down the road, follows grooves easily. With the arms I can get a little negative camber, which helps my tire wear because I make a lot of u turns which tears up the outside edge and about 5 degrees of caster. It goes straight and tracks well.

Was it a must for you to get the new UCAs on 5100 top setting?

I am actually a service manager. Those settings are not customizable, but if you think about it a remote start runs for only about 10-15 minutes. You don't want to idle a gas engine much more than that, air flow over the cats is important. Secondly in the summer the temps inside the truck get over 100 degrees and the system isn't going to kick out 75 degree air, it is going to try to get the cabin to 75 degrees for it will be full cold air coming out until it gets to that temperature. Setting a lower temp on the thermostat will not make it get cold faster.

    Hi nasty,

I heard you were a toyota tech. I have a 2011 tundra rock warrior and am converting the manual heat/ac to auto. I have everything all set however I am hearing from people that the climate control will reset to auto 75 degrees after about 10-15 minutes. I was planning on using remote start for heat/ac and in the summer 75 is not exactly ac. I am wondering if you have ever come across this or perhaps there is something to set in techstream so the cluster retains it's memory?
