I'm working with Jaime Sutherland at Sparks for the Uhichip and Micah from parts. Sean is the master tech who did my install. He's very knowledgeable. Their # is: (843) 236-2161. Sparks is in Myrtle beach but they will help anyone that calls in case you need to. They're up on the performance stuff. I didn't tell them I did the pulleys. But my guess is my blower as are some of them out there, is a low performing unit. The service director here agreed about that.

I wouldn't do pulleys if my blower was pulling hard from the get go. It feels like its just at par if the blogs are to be believed.

Thanks for the help and your truck looks great and no doubt pulls hard! Wish we had a better transmission.

Hi MDL, I didn't want to hijack that post so I contacted you here.

I'm using the stock wheel 20" and tire size 275-55. Gained a bit of RPM with gear.
I'm taking it to back to Sparks Toyota to do the check on the S/C and lower truck. Both dealers said the S/C is "normal." Local dealer was standoffish at first when they saw the performance stuff on it. They tried to void my warranty on exhaust. I spoke to the Service Director who has his own Tundra (RCSB) with both pulleys. Said engine can easily handle the pulleys and convinced me to go that route. His power was also initially 5psi!

I've had the pulleys on since 5/14 with NO problems. I only get a CEL when I disable TC. When I go WOT, I get the code for exhaust. Then it runs rich - but i'm ok with it being rich! It usually corrects itself or I cancel the code with my scanner. Thanks for the info! - Rick
