jbroas what exhaust set up is that you have were it has 2 pipes exiting out the side right between the bed and rear door in front of the rear tire. My email is Backtosa88@AOL.com if you can send me some pics of it below the truck I love that setup.

What's up man? I got a few turbo options now for my build and just came across a brand new ht3b 75mm turbo. You think it would be to big for my set up?

    2) Have you done a combo Full ECU reset and Code Erase (using a code reader)? Do a code erase first even though there are no CELS, Then to properly reset the ECU, remove the Negative on the battery for 15 mins and stomp on your brakes to release any juice and I would also unplug your Unichip jumper cable from the ECU at that same time just to make sure you are getting a complete battery drain from the ECU.. Then plug and connect it all back..
    3) If all of that goes nowhere, you might consider a fresh ECU TRD reflash from the dealer..
Let me know how that goes. You can always text me at 619-884-1633. Good Luck.

Hi, Keith from BAMufflers referred you.

I am having issues with my truck. It is SC'd, 2wd, dual magnaflows with Thorley LT's, front cat delete and URD 02 sims, Unichip custom tune, auburn posi and 4.88 Nitro gears.

I keep throwing engine codes (02 sims are slow to respond) but this morning, I heard an exhaust leak as I backed out of the garage. Plan to tell the muffler shop.

I swear my SC is not that powerful. Guys with their SC's getting 7lbs or more boost. My pressure gauge says i'm getting 4-4.5 lbs. Sparks says normal - checked gauge - said it's correct. Can't lay rubber as the truck seems incapable even with the nannies turned off. After exhaust codes, the truck has less power and runs pig rich. I lost most mpg (19.2 hwy/16.7 - now 15.5 hwy/13). Keith advised to eliminate cats and add an AFR bung with gauge. Members rave about the power in their SC. Not me. Was expecting real grunt with the chip and headers.

    Thanks for the help!

    Rick
