I just bought a 2019 Tundra Limited Premium w/TRD off-road package. It has that monotonous drone around the same 1500-1800 rpm. That coupled with the "radio shack sound system" and the headaches the drone inspires is enough to get me to do something about it. Being a 30 yr military veteran with hearing problems doesn't help. And there's no speed adjusted volume on the radio either.
Where should I start? Saw cutting the tail pipe off wouldn't be my first choice but I'm listening. What is this resonator and how do I purchase and where do I install?

    Hey Keith,

I'm interested in putting together an exhaust system from the header back to gain some more power from my 5.7L 2014 Tundra.

I'm a huge fan of stock sound so I don't want to blare down the road and drone myself to sleep.

You're the go to guy for exhaust so I want your opinion and your products.

I'm also curious if I need to purchase the Bully Dog tuner to get the most out of the exhaust system.

    Thank you,
    - Nick

Heard you were the guy to talk to for Tundra exhaust. I was looking at the flowmaster 44. I have a 2017 4.6L double cab. I am looking to upgrade from the stock exhaust. I do tow a trailer quite often and I do not want to lose any torque, HP or towing capability. I'm also located in Southern Cali. Do you have a website or anything? feel free to email me at kevinthrw@gmail.com

damn, I really wanted to go with the 35 x 12.50 tires but got such mixed opinions from people on chopping or not. I ended up going with 295/65r20 which are ok. They sit a little taller than i was hoping and not nearly as wide as i was wanting but they work. That sucks. Damn damn damn, really wanted to go with the 12.50's

    Hello,
I have a 2010 tundra rock warrior that I bought with a 6' rough country lift. It drives terribly and I am interested in taking out the lift and installing coilovers. I am running 35"x12.5 and would like to keep them. Can you recommend a lift that won't break the bank but will give the truck a better ride quality. I live in NYC and its terrible here, the roads suck and the current suspension is killing me as well as tearing through front tires.

    Thank you,
    Alex

    Hey Keith,

Question for you on my 2012 Tundra. I have have Bilstein 5100's on the front with 2 coachbuilder shims on each side ( I thing its sitting up to about 3.5-3.75 lifted on the front) and rear coachbuilder 2 shackles on the rear. My wheels are BMF 20x9 with a 20 offset (i believe) I was wondering in your opinion, if I can run 35x 12.5 ridge grapplers on that setup without having to chop the body mount. I originally had 295/60r20 trail grappler MT with no problems, but i know these are a little wider. any advice would help a ton

    Keith,

I purchased a set of standard kings for a team Nedra from you a little while ago. My only regret is that I did not get the adjusters. Is it possible to add them to the standard kings that I did purchase? Additionally, what would be the approximate cost to do so?

    Thank you,

    Hello Keith!

I purchased my first truck (2017 4x4 Tundra 5.7L SR5 DC TRD Off-Road) back in July and am considering a full exhaust.

I'm interested in a quote for JBA long tube headers + "the rest". I say "the rest" because I'm confused as to what is all required.

I'm from the Evo community and am familiar with downpipes, high flow cat/test pipe, & cat-back exhaust sections. But the truck world is different from what I read...

I want a mellow sound with absolutely no drone. I'm getting older, "make it loud" doesn't do it for me anymore. That said, a little more volume would be nice. Just tuned for "powerful" sound, not obnoxious. My wife & I take our truck on long trips to northern WI and actually have been impressed with the Tundra's comfort & relative quiet; we don't want to loose that.

I'm still ~6 months out on pulling the trigger. But I'm a planner & like to have specific details & prices so I can meet/plan this goal. Thanks for your time Keith!

Saw your name mentioned in an older post about the 5100s. Are you still able to get them? And do you ship to Canada? Price? Thanks

Keith, can you tell me how much a hemholtz resonator for a 2017 tundra pro would be? I have a Magnalflow 12568 and the drone between 60 -70 mph is hilling me.

    Thanks

    Hi,
you recommended a shop down south by you to do my gears about a year ago or so. Can you give me the name again, I am finally ready to pull the trigger on that. Also I have a SC but have not done anything else and was wondering what you recommend as far as tuning.
    thanks,
    John

Good morning Keith, Ive been getting my parts list together for my 17 Tundra Platinum when I came across this site and you in particular. I found "07+ Toyota Tundra Dual Budget Side Exit w/ X-Pipe" on your site and that video did me in. I do have a question about it though. Does that truck in the video still have an all stock exhaust before the system, IE cats manifolds etc. I currently have a vehicle that I did headers straight pipes and custom exhaust and its been an absolute C.F. nightmare to get through inspection and still wont pass. I dont want to go through this again. Thank you for your time.

Hello sir....I am new to the blog and also new to truck ownership. I have a 2016 CM Platinum and I like the off-road look. I really need some advice on how to set-up my truck, maintain the warranty, and save money.

I would like to run a 20x9 rim with a 35x12.5 tire. The dealership I purchased the truck from informed me that they use the ReadyLift 69-5475 on the trucks they do in house for sell. I was looking at the Fabtech K7050M. I'm not sure which kit would be the best for me. I don't plan on doing any off-roading and basically would just like the look. Besides the kit do I need new shocks or shims(whatever this is)? I just want to buy all the parts myself(save money) and then have a reputable company install it.

If you can provide any information for me I would be truly appreciative!!

I just bought a '17 tundra crewmax 4x4 5.7 and was looking at your systems and like the budget dump system. What system do you recommend and what length do you recommend. I love the sound of it in your video and like that when cruising its not overbearing. I have 2 young kids that would be in the truck from time to time so don't want them to be fumed out. It is legal in california correct. If I order about how long until i would receive it. Thank you
