I am a new Tundra owner in the are and wanted to have a bunch of install work done (xm, back up camera, possibly nav, etc.). I wondered which shops, whether dealer or otherwise, you folks use?

I did not find a regional specific forum for questions like this so this seemed to be best given the strong comments within the Maryland thread.

Many thanks for any and all help.

Try Myer Emco in Rockville, they are one of the best, if not the best in the area. They do all the Redskins players cars etc.

A friend of mine does installations for all of the above and could get you a great price. I'm also here in the DC/Northern Va area.

He unlocked my NAV unit so that I could play DVD's and also installed remote start.

Great guy and very affordable.

I use HPR Customs in Glen Burnie, MD. hprcustoms.com. Very fair priced on a lot of stuff and I beleive the owner even has an 2007 Tundra lifted high.

Have you guys made a run to the grocery store yet to stock up on all the milk, bread, and toilet paper you can get your hands on in preparation for the big storm My dad lives in the area and said the madness has already begun.
