We have a bunch of vendors who have donated to the raffle with product and discounts on merchandise.

Proceeds will go to He Provides, a local charity in Gilbert, AZ that does equine assisted therapy for kids with behavior issues.

Raffle tickets can be pre-purchased through the He Provides Contribute page at Contribute by putting a note in the special instructions at the end of the transaction: "Tundra Tickets"

$5 - 1 ticket
$20 - 5 tickets
$40 - 12 tickets
$100 - 40 tickets

Confirmed Vendors contributing to the raffle:

Dirty Deeds
Tomar Offroad Lighting

ARB
Demello Offroad

T-SHIRTS:

We're ordering T-Shirts and the proceeds from them will also go to the charity. @dirtydeeds stepped up and provided all of the design time and covered the cost to print these! That means every shirt you buy, the money goes directly to charity. :)

You can also pre-order these from the He Provides contribute page Contribute and put a note in the special instructions indicating the number and size of shirts you want.

$15 for M, L, XL
$20 for XXL

SCHEDULE:

ok, here is my idea of a rough schedule for the trip. obviously everyone is free to do whatever they want, but last year we found that a little organization went a long way toward spending time on the trails instead of parked on the side of the road waiting for everyone to get ready...

Wednesday
afternoon arrival and camp setup

Thursday
morning scout runs by trail captains
Daytime free time
Trail runs - afternoon

Friday
Cinders in Flagstaff - all day
Northern AZ scenic drives - all day
pot luck dinner?

Saturday
trail runs - morning
trail runs - afternoon
Raffle - evening

Sunday
trail runs - morning
free for all
thanks and see ya!

WRITTEN DIRECTIONS:

Take I17 to Exit 306 Stoneman Lake Rd (Forest Road 213) and head East (the only direction the road actually goes)
Stay on Stoneman Lake road until it becomes a dirt road and you come to a T intersection

Stay on this road for about a mile to the campsite.
I'll have banners or lights or something to clearly mark it

you can come snuggle with me in the RTT! :yesnod:

side note to @KevinK deff need to be closer to sedona.. and lower elevation... although we did have a cool spot last year IM sure we can find something closer and just as good... I do also sugest we take another trip to the cinders.. but lets all stay together and not get lost..

Yeah, we're going to aim for lower elevation than this year and a couple weeks later. We had been looking at weather patterns for Sedona and ended up camping like 2500 feet above Sedona. Frigid is only one of the F words I would use to describe it.

for anyone who can get the time off, or wants to extend this trip with some extra 4x4 time..my self, buddy in his fj, and @osidepunker are going to try to incorporate el diablo trail into the mix...my plan was to meet in yuma where the trail ends and take it to the start, then head up through tucson, into phx, then sedona...plan would be to meet in yuma on the 27th(wed) and be to the T2S spot on the 29th(fri) in the afternoon. this trail is 2wd friendly, and from what ive read doesnt offer the most difficult terrain, just very remote, great sights, history, you drive through and active airforce bombing area, etc. heres a link to some info and google can provide you more

The Camino is a great trip, but beware, there are a few permits you need, plus there is a vehicle limit . Not to mention you are in the heart of smugglers corridors. I think I would be interested in that leg of the trip as well. I would probably either have a RTT or pull my 17ft trailer up to the Sedona area, for the event. I guess what I am saying is , I am in... this time with an actual Tundra too :)

Man I really want to go again. I want to drag my K5 Blazer up there so I can beat up on it. However..... son will be born around Feb. Not sure how the plans are going to go yet for beginning of the year.

It would sure be nice to place real faces with some of these names

I live nearby so won't be camping, but if I can get the time I would like to stop by and meet folks and check out some other cool Tundra's

Please keep me posted and let me know where to find you:D
