Need to replace driveshaft support bearing

vibrates like a bastahd when I'm towing, bearing is pretty sloppy. Any tricks to this? Or is it just like it looks - take out drive shaft and replace bearing. Thanks

Does it do it mainly on acceleration or all the time? I put a new center support bearing in my 05,u-joints,and rear shocks for towing and it still vibrates but mainly on acceleration from a stop, was told thats how the trucks are. How much are you towing? i tow a 28 ft travel trailer, loaded about 7 thousand pounds.
