OK, after the ToyTec lift and new Nitto tires my local garage spent 2-1/2 hrs trying to get the alignment correct. They say there is not enough adjustment.
Anyone have any suggestions that I can offer them? t-sak12m, that is a clean looking truck. I almost bought one in that same color.

Got the alignment complete.
Now finding the 285/75 R16 Nitto Grapplers are rubbing the frame just slightly and the upper A-arm in a tight turn, not when straight. Tire shop put in small spacer but won't go any thicker as running out of bolt threads. They don't recommend adaptors, say they are known to shear off. Is my only option new wheels?

Yeah wheel adapters man. They are not that bad as long as you are not doing off roading. It's all up to the driver to just drive normal, and not like a maniac. I have 285-70-17 BFG Ko's on stock height 2001 Tundra AC. All I did was take off the front mud-flaps, and put a 1/2 inch spacer and it worked out fine with no rubbing on anything and still has enough thread. I'm eventually getting adapters prolly the Spidertrax. They are good quality just don't get the ebay ones for like $30 bucks.

Finally after several weeks of trying different options I ended up with new wheels. I have the stock wheels for sale on another thread if anyone is looking. Even with a 1" back spacing difference the clearance is not that great but nothing touches anymore so that is good. Tire store broke one of the sensors and had to replace that. Next set of tires, all of the sensors are coming off.
