Help with chipped paint and rust!!!

I have a 2002 Toyota Tundra. Theres a spot on the body where someone smacked the truck with their car door. The paint is chipped and rust is starting to form. It's a small spot, but I want to stop the rust quick. Should I just sand it down a tiny amount and use the touch up paint to cover it?

That's pretty much what you wanna do bro! Make sure you get all the rust or it will just spread under the paint.
