Has anyone put their truck though the car wash test?
I have plasti-dipped my the following parts this past weekend.
grille
grille surround
wheels
lower valance
and bumper cover
Since it is pollen season, bug season and I live in the east Texas sand my truck get pretty dirty.
I have a bunch of car washes to choose from in my area from high pressure wand washes to drive though neutral and wash shops. I am wondering what others had experienced.
I am afraid to test them out without input and ruin my amazing craftsmanship lol....

I have taken my truck through both the self wash and regular wash with no issues what so ever. Wheels, grill, grill surround, front and rear bumpers pd'd ......no problems

No prep needed. Just give it a real good cleaning and get ALL the bugs off. Spray 3-4 really thick coats. I didn't scuff or anything and it is still holding strong.
