Seafoam makes an awsome remover for bugs I think its called Bug b gone works awsome and wonthurt the finish here is a link

they proved coca-cola dosent work on mythbusters, im telling you just put some wd on there and let it sit about 5 minutes and scrape it off with a credit card, thats what i used on my door mod and the card didnt scratch the paint, just keep it lubricated with the wd and you will be alright.

remember there will not be any solution that is a apply once and done thing.
It will take multiple applications and cleanings.

At least you dont live here in FL, Lovebug season + cicadas + highway driving= you wana paint your car in teflon.

OK, fine. Drink the Coke...with rum. Sit down with a brush and suds. Finish the drink, get another and get back to scrubbing. If it's so stained and pitted that you can't save it, have another drink and take a nap.
