Debadged my truck on Saturday pretty easily. I used the wife's blow dryer to loosen up the glue and used 15lb fishing line that broke pretty easily a few times per emblem. The stickers were the easiest to take off. Just hit them with the blow dryer for a few seconds then peeled them off with my finger nail. I only left the 5.7L badge on there.

Did you have to drill holes to put them in? I just bought a 5 piece set on Ebay but that top piece is different, it's just a chrome stick-on. The 3 pieces on the bumper requre cutting off the middle support and drilling holes in each side. I tried doing it this weekend but was unable to. IT was just too awkward trying to screw the pieces in from inside the bumper. I'm going to buy some screws / nuts at home depot to replace the screws/brackets it came with. Should be easier to put on.

NICE Syber!!!! Damn I need it to warm up so I can do this to mine. It was only -18 F at my house last night but it is now +5 so it is getting warmer. My garage doesn't have a big enough heater to bring the heat up into the 60's or 70's when it is that cold.

Thanks man. I was about to say I waxed it in the cold, but compared to your temp, it's nothing. It was still pretty cold though. I did it first thing in the am and it was in the 50's so it made it a bit difficult to apply the wax by hand.

I don't think I'd survive in that.

Do you have a pic of your painted tail light covers? Welcome by the way. Oh and one more thing, how did you know you had an alarm and all that needed to be done was activate it? I'm not sure if I have an alarm. I have an SR5 Crewmax.
