Sorry for not getting back to you guys. I have ordered 3 sets from N fab and every single bars were scratched up. I dont know UPS guys were throwing them around in the truck or Nfab are not wrapping these things up nicely. I didnt want you guys have to go thru what I went thru. calling n fab, putting everything back in the box and send them back and etc..... thats why I just gave up. I know I can save u some $$$$$$$ but I dont know if it is worth going thru headache....To be honest with you, I am not very impressed with N fab anyway. They might be selling good stuffs but customer service, and management? I am not saying any more. Finally Sorry for not being able to make it happen...

They're nerf steps and they're gonna get scratched. Mine came with some scratches so I just touched em up and they look great. You actually sent back two sets cuz of some scratches?

Mine were scratched too. I just about sent them back but my shop gave me a discount.

I feel that if you pay over $400.00 for a "new" product, it should be in new condition!

I'd would say 99% of the damage comes from shipping which isn't Nfabs fault.

Repackaging those big things and sending em back cuz of some scratches is ridiculous. I called and talked to the owner myself and told him about the scratches, he asked me if I wanted to send em back and I said that would be insane. Thomas recomended that I touch them up and that he would give me a discount on the next purchase. That's how I got the 4 light bar for under $100! I originally called him to let him know about the terrible shipping conditions.

I actually sent back the first pair I received. One of the the bars had 2 dents in them. After speaking with the Rep Missy, I found out that the powdercoater still powdercoats and and wraps them for transport even with dents in them. That was the case with my first set.

wow, I hope everyone is like you, very easy going and understanding... But unfortunately, not everyone thinks like you. I didnt want to sell scratched nerf steps at brand new price. It didnt matter N fab or fed ex's faults. I was very upset when I received scratched nerf steps. I didnt want anyone here get upset at me even though it want gonna be my fault.

You are right and I agree, not everyone is like me. When I get my hands on something and it's damaged I assess the situation and if I can fix, I fix.
