Not sure about the tundra. But I use to run a Tornado style unit in my Accura Integra about 8 years ago, and it actually did improve HP. Mainly use it for the HP at the track. It does make your intake smaller, but it swirls the air, (hence the Tornado name) which makes the air enter the engine easier. The best example to see for your self is to take a 2 litter bottle of water and tape another empty 2 litter bottle to the opening. Then flip the setup over and watch how long it takes the water to go from one bottle to the next. Next, retrofit the tornado inbetween the 2 bottles and do the same test. The water, with no air hole in the bottle, flows into the bottom bottle with a funnel kind of flow very fast. Not to say this will work with the Tundra, but the application does work to some level. It was only 2 more HP on the dyno, but 2 HP in racing, is more than 0 HP.
