I went from a Dodge Ram QC 4.7L (avg 16.5 combined with my driving, maybe 19 on highway with CAI-17.5 without) to a 5.7L CM. I just did a round trip from Dallas to Houston, ~200 miles each way. On the way down, my Tundra had about 300 miles on the ODO, and with speeds between 75-85 mpg, i had a computer calculated mpg of 17.7. On the way back, i was at ~800 miles ODO and with speeds between 69-77 I averaged 18.8 mpg on the puter.

I expect with a bit more season, the engine will break in nicely and maybe be slightly better. Its real hard, though, to not drive this thing like I stole it.
