Get an inline water filter. I think McGuires has one. Ive always found their products to be top notch! A very dilute engine degreaser will take the spots off too and is safer than an orbital or rotary buffer (unless you know what you are doing). Be sure to polish and wax after a degreaser though as it will dry out your clear/paint!
