To be completely honest, it really doesn't matter much horsepower-wise. At most, all a catback is going to yield is 1-7 rear wheel horsepower - which is hardly noticeable on a 5,000lb + vehicle. The sound will be the biggest difference.

I know that exhaust companies will tout that their systems add 15-30 rwhp, but I know of no dyno where a muffler added that (besides on a diesel truck, or a truck with a completely crappy exhaust system). From what I've read, these Tundras have fairly efficient exhaust systems stock.

Go for sound.

If rear wheel horsepower is what you want, you will not the see the benefits of a catback system until you upgrade the exhaust manifolds - especially to longtube headers. Remember, your system can only flow as much as the headers allow. So if you keep the stock manifolds on, that's as much as your truck will flow. The rest is just marketing.
