Question Occ Axle Clunk

Hello all. I had the Top Gunz 2.25" leveling kit installed this past week. I noticed a grind/clunk in the front axle when turning even with the stock tires. Yesterday I had 33" wheel/tire combo installed and the shop noticed zero rub when turned in both directions. I have noticed a grind / clunk when turning a couple more times since the install. When I was at Toyota dealer, I had the truck looked at closely during the alignment in preparation for the 33" combination. They noted that since the truck had been leveled, the front axle boots are not straight anymore and I would have to keep a close eye on the boots. I think this additional stress is causing the occ grind issues felt in the axle (usually at low speed and not always at full turn).

Is there a fix for this? Toyota said that there was no other lubrication and I just have to watch the boots. Toyota mentioned shims under the center case (transfer case) to eliminate any stress from the lift.

Has anyone experienced this and have a fix or do these shims exist? Thanks for your help.
